Job Description
- Involvement in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance, at the same time work as an individual contributor also.·
- Distribution of work among the team
- Keeping track of recruiting metrics and provide data to senior authorities·
- Identification & proper utilization of Sourcing Mix which includesJob Portals, Direct or Self Sourcing, Employee referral, Social NetworkingSites.
- Recommend ways to improve hiring tactics.
- Coordinate with department managers and discuss on hiring needs or hurdles or to forecast future hiring needs
- Follow up with the panel for the feedback post interview.
- Follow up with the candidate till on boarding.·
- Work on other hiring needs.·
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques·
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualification- MBA required
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles·
- Must have handled recruitment team·
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods·
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company·
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands on experience in Inhouse recruitment
- Candidate should have experience in Team Handling
- Must have Client handling experience
